Amazing, easy to make chia seed pudding.
Take 1/2 glass of chia seeds, and top them with 1 glass of almond milk. Any other milk would do the job as well, I just love almonds. Leave it in fridge for a few hours.
When the mass is thick and no milk is left (chia seeds tend to absorb all liquids) just layer it in glasses with the fruits you like. Also you can use yoghurt, ice cream, peanut butter, etc. I used kiwis & bananas, topped with chopped nuts and almonds.
This is an amazing breakfast, it gives you loads of energy!
